Everywhere you go in this game, everyone is telling you it's your mindset.
If you just had the right mindset, you would be rich.
Right...
WRONG.
Mindset is only one element.
As Keith Cunningham says, if anyone makes it sound easy, they are often selling you something.
And in the seminar game, mindset is an easy sell but it doesn't matter what you do or achieve, there's a hidden belief that you're not good enough.
A healthy mind opens you up and allows you to tap into the resources deep in your brain.
When you consider the average "life coach" has more problems in their life than their 'worse' client, it highlights the huge incongruencies in the game.
The best shift you can make is to expand your mind and realize that it's constantly changing and not some fixed organ.
Feed it well, exercise it and keep it aligned on what you need to focus on.
